I love the scent of this soap, so much that I often can't resist the urge to have a sniff of it when going to the toilette. I didnt even expect to enjoy a Bay Rum fragrance but I ended up liking the orange and sweet spicy rum smell. The soap lathers wonderfully and quickly. It is also worth noting that the shipment was fast and carefully packed, including some little gifts.

Not only is the scent inspiring and unique, the Halo base is the best I own out of 80+ soap sets.
I purchased my second tub of Sintra as I am over half done with the first. Never happened to any other soap.
Absolutely fantastic.

The scent is irresistible. Westman Shaving should be taken only in sets and only with eau de toilet. Very tasty, loud, persistent near tobacco flavor with fresh acidity.

I was very impressed with this splash. Unlike some splashes, it doesn’t leave my skin overly dry.
The scent is definitely one of the standout features. At first, it comes across as a classic Bay Rum—warm, spicy, and familiar—but as it dries down, it reveals its own distinct character. There’s a subtle complexity that sets it apart from more traditional Bay Rums. It’s noticeable without being overpowering, and the fragrance lingers pleasantly for a few hours after shaving.

The new Westman formula without tallow is outstanding - with only vegetable ingredients it even surpass a tallow based shaving product.
And I am always amazed by new the new scents recently developed.

I love this scent. This perfume is very original. Sweet, oriental and full of nuances. I think it is more suitable for winter and autumn. The longevity is very good and it is the ideal companion for soap and aftershave.

My first experience with this soap. Very impressed—makes a very thick, creamy lather. The scent on this one is phenomenal—one of my all time favorites. I hope this scent never gets discontinued.

As a recent wet safety razor user I was blown away of shaving cream and aftershave scent that I knew I needed the EdT as well
The Eau de Toilette is as great as the whole Dark Man product line.
A hint of coffee, partly herbal after a few minutes and very creamy smelling without too much sweetness.
The fragrance lasts for the whole day with just one pump of the EdT.
Hands down my special shaving day product to use is the whole Dark Man line.

’71 Bonanza Shaving Soap is the most beautiful shaving soap with the longest lasting scent. Rich foam. Nice lubrication of the skin during daily shaving. Balm complements the scent. Both soap and balm keep the skin soft, hydrated, and nourished.

This is my 5th Eau de Toilette from Westman. I really like this scent! It is sweat, spicy and smokey! I love that firewood note! Longevity of the fragrance is very good with good projection too! People often asking me what fragrance i wear!

Purchased this on a whim and figured unscented would be a safe start, versus the scented balms. It is low key brilliant. I have tried other brand aftershave balms with a witch hazel base that cause irritation to the skin. This is one of the few balms that causes no irritation no matter the quality of my shave (alongside pure witch hazel). I appreciate the moisturising effect of the balm. Been wet shaving for over 10 years.

OK. Every artisan maker must have a Bay Rum soap, but this one was created with innovation and dedication, this is what it feels like on my face.
If you like something classic but different from the rest, this is the right choice. Balanced and discreet in projection but harmonious between the spices, orange and the bay leaf. It's something very well done. This has become, without a doubt, my go to for shaving.
With post-shave protection that you can feel, something for someone like me with sensitive skin, which I've come to love.

I am not a Bayrum scent person. Often I find it too sweet or too boozy. But Bastardo hit all the right notes. A nice scent with spices and wood and just a little touch of rum makes it a more than excellent scent. Straight into my personal top 10! I ordered it with the balm and the EdP which is a very nice combination! Thank you for making such a lovely product range.
