Shipping Conditions
We are a small family business. The hands that make the products are the same hands that pack the orders. Our aim is process all orders within 24h (business/working days). During busy periods, we may take a little longer, but guarantee that all orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days maximum.
We ship worldwide with the exception of EU sanctioned countries. If you are not allowed to select your country in the shopping basked, please contact us at info@westmanshaving.com
In case of unavailability of an item, the customer will be notified by email. The customer can choose to reimburse the entire order, reimburse the unavailable item or replace it with another item at the same price.
The goods travel at the risk and peril of the purchaser, to whom it is the responsibility of checking the items upon receipt and immediately contacting the carrier's customer service. We do not reimburse any package that has been damaged during delivery.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated based on the country of destination and the delivery partner.

We will monitor the situation and resume shipping to the region as soon as possible.

For shipments outside of the European Union, the customer may incur additional customs’ fees and VAT in the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and we are unable to provide you with information on this subject.
