Return Policy

For any information about your order, please contact us by email: info@westmanshaving.com

The customer may cancel the order at any time until it is dispatched, with the right to reimbursement of all amounts paid deducted of payment processing costs, if any.

If the order has already been shipped, in case of cancellation, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded. Shipping costs will always be deducted even if the customer has benefited from a "free shipping" campaign.

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Upon delivery of goods to the customer, the customer may exercise its right of free resolution. In accordance with the regulations in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. The request must be made to us in writting before expiry of this deadline.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the return is arranged by Westman Shaving using one of our shipping partners, the costs of returning the order to our facilities will be deducted in addition to the costs of the original shipment.

Returned products must reach us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Any item showing signs of being opened or used will not be taken back or exchanged. The shipping costs of the exchange (return and new shipment) are the responsibility of the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@westmanshaving.com.

In the event of a return request due to an Westman Shaving error, the shipping costs will be fully reimbursed. This exchange will only take place when the returned items reach us.

If the order is sent to an incorrect address due to the customer's error when entering the delivery address, Westman Shaving will not be held liable for this error and will not refund the order.

Pursuant to Portuguese Law 7/2004 of 7 January, on electronic commerce, Westman Shaving reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, malfunction of the computers of Westman Shaving or if the contract proposal arrives deformed at its destination and the error concerns an essential element of the contract.
