This comes as a direct result of new customs regulations under the Executive Order 14324. These regulations create significant uncertainty around how goods can legally and reliably be shipped from Europe to the U.S.
The changes in customs processes, including unresolved questions about duties, required data, and transmission protocols, make shipping unfeasible at this time.
FedEx has tripled our shipping costs to the U.S., while USPS has not taken proper responsibility for parcels under the Universal Postal Convention. These circumstances have left us with no fair and sustainable way to serve our U.S. customers.
We know this is disappointing news, and we share in your frustration. Our goal is to resume shipping to the U.S. as soon as a stable and reliable solution is possible. We are actively monitoring the situation in hopes of restoring service.
