Tiago here! We are approaching the end of another year, and I would like to thank you for the trust you have always placed in my work, which honours me greatly.
I regret to inform you that prices will be increasing in 2025. Please remember that we are approaching 3 years of existence and have never raised prices.
As you know, the war in Europe and the Middle East, together with the domino effects of the pandemic, mean that the cost of raw materials has increased exponentially in the last 3 years. Rents have gone up, water, electricity, you name it. We have seen our competitors increase their prices, some twice, some without warning. And now it’s our turn.
We have maintained our prices to support our customers while they also navigate these difficult times. We tried and handled increasing costs by purchasing materials in larger and larger quantities, which was only made possible thanks to our loyal customer’s support - a perfect symbioses.
While this strategy worked, we have eventually reached a point where we are unable to continue to scale.
In order to guarantee the continuity of a high quality service, suitable for the brand we have built and the standards set by our customers, we need to update our prices with effect from 2 February 2025 and in accordance with the following:
The price of Aftershaves will increase by 1€
The price of Eau de Toilette will increase by 2€
This represents an increase of approximately 6% of their prices.
Shaving soaps will remain at their current prices! We understand how important this is for you, and we want to assure you that our soaps are a cornerstone of our offering. Your support means the world to us, and we’re committed to exploring ways to keep things balanced moving forward. There may be a need to adjust soap prices in the near future to align with the rest of our catalog, but for now we will try this and see how the above changes balance things out.
This update is essential if we are to continue improving upon the products we provide. We believe that we can always do more and better, and it is this premise that has contributed to our Customers' satisfaction.
We hope that 2 months of notice from the date of writing this article is fair to you.
We will continue to offer free shipping in Iberia, Europe and Worldwide for orders above 50€, 70€ and 130€ respectively. We will also continue to offer 10% off your products when you combine them in a set of the same scent.
And of course, we will continue to listen to your feedback. If you think these changes are unfair, please let us know.
